The World Energy Council invites energy leaders and professionals to participate in its 2027 World Energy Issues Survey, an annual global assessment of the key issues shaping energy transitions.
As the energy sector navigates geopolitical uncertainty, infrastructure constraints, extreme weather events and rapid technological innovation, your insights will help identify the most pressing challenges, emerging opportunities and priorities for action.
The survey findings will contribute to global, regional and national perspectives and help shape the energy leadership agenda leading up to the World Energy Congress in Riyadh in 2027.

- Closing date: 22 November 2026
- Time required: Approximately 10 minutes
- Confidentiality: All responses are confidential and reported only in aggregated and anonymised form.
- Personal insights: Participants may opt to receive Your Energy Perspective, a personalised snapshot that can be compared with global, regional, country and sector results.
